How ConsultiQ works
Assess. Understand. Prioritise. Act. Improve.
ConsultiQ turns what you know about your business into a clearer view of what deserves attention.
Then it helps you do something useful with it.
Start with a conversation — just without the meeting
The assessment uses ordinary business questions.
Not: “Rate the maturity of your operational framework.”
More like:
- “If your business doubled next year, what would break first?”
- “Could the business operate properly for a month without you?”
- “Which customers actually make you money?”
- “Where are people still copying information from one system to another?”
- “What would you like this business to give you personally?”
Behind those questions is a structured business model. You shouldn't need to learn the model before it can help you.
- 01
Assess
Tell us about the business you actually have. Size. Stage. Goals. Challenges. How it operates. What matters to the owners.
- 02
Understand
See the whole picture. Your answers are considered across the six dimensions of the business — strengths, inconsistencies, dependencies, risks, opportunities, patterns and gaps worth exploring.
- 03
Prioritise
Decide what matters now and what can wait. A weak score doesn't automatically make something a priority. Context matters. Impact matters. Timing matters. Capacity matters. A more useful question is: What is worth doing now?
- 04
Act
Turn insight into practical action. Connect recommendations with guided actions, templates, knowledge, simple tools, appropriate checklists and experts where useful.
- 05
Improve
Business improvement isn't a one-off event. Come back to the priorities you chose. See what's moved. Surface what's stuck. Ask whether anything has changed. Then decide the next useful step.
The Business Operating System
The loop lives in BOS.
Your assessment gives you a starting point. The Business Operating System helps keep the work visible — priorities, actions, progress, decisions and the things that need another look. Regular check-ins help you see what's changed and decide what deserves attention next.
Human assistance can enter the loop at any point.
Review without the theatre
A useful business review isn't about explaining why you didn't finish your homework.
It's a chance to look at what actually happened. Maybe the action was completed. Maybe a customer issue took priority. Maybe new information changed the decision. Maybe the action was harder than expected.
The useful question is not “Why didn't you do it?” It's: What do we know now, and what should we do next?
Progress isn't perfect execution. It's keeping the important work visible and continuing to make good decisions.
Do it yourself. Do it with help. Move between the two.
ConsultiQ is deliberately designed so that these aren't separate systems.
You might complete the assessment yourself and work through the actions independently.
You might hit one difficult decision and talk it through with Chris.
You might want regular advisory support.
The business information and priorities stay connected.
